Dynatrans ACX 0W-20 is adapted to hydraulic systems, powershift gearboxes, axles and final drives, used under very low temperature
Ambient temperature recommendations for Earthmoving or Mining equipments :
Gearboxes: – 40 to +20°C
Hydraulics: – 40 to +40°C
Axles and Final drives: – 40 to 0°C
Benefits
- Dynatrans ACX 0W-20 provides excellent anti-wear and anticorrosion properties providing durability of the equipments
- Good performance with respect to seals
- Very fast air-release and good filterability avoiding any cavitation issue
- Friction properties adapted to the types of equipment referenced, especially CATERPILLAR and KOMATSU.
- Furthermore, all disc sticking problems due to very low temperatures are cancelled
- Very low viscosity at low temperature allowing rapid start and usage of the machine
- Due to the use of synthetic base oils together with specific chemical components, it is possible to maintain the same product between -40°C and +20°C
- Water emulsifying product, so that any pump breakdown when starts in very cold weather are avoided
