A Sustainable Solution to Oil Packaging

With the launch of the 0W-20, 0W-16 & 0W-8 engine oils to the market in recent years, a garage offering to service any make or model of car could potentially be looking at stocking as many as 14 different types of engines oils now, just to ensure they have all the main engine requirements covered. Whilst most will stock one or two grades in bulk or barrels the remaining grades are most likely strewn all over the garage floor in 20L or 5L plastic drums, leading to trip hazards, excess plastic waste and the opportunity for mistakes to be made or oils to become contaminated. Quartz box is the new and ingenious eco-efficient packaging concept, designed to increase sustainability by using 86% less plastic* and recyclable cardboard, provide for easy storage for customers and optimised logistics through 20% increased volume per pallet than the 20L drums. The Quartz box has been designed to be carried safely and easily and the no-spill designed caps allows for mechanics to fill measure cans easily and without waste.

The Quartz box is simple and sturdy and can be stacked 6 to a shelf, providing that much needed extra space in the workshop. As they can be completely flattened after use, your waste storage is significantly reduced compared to the standard 20L plastic drums and the durable inner Cheertainer bag offers high puncture resistance to give peace of mind in its durability.

The Quartz box will be shortly available in Ireland through TotalEnergies Irish distributor Finol oils.
