Uses
Stern Tube grease CZ 2 is a premium quality, water resistant grease for use in industrial and marine applications where the presence of water and humid atmospheres can affect lubricating performance and be detrimental to the protection of parts from corrosion. CZ 2 grease is enhanced with a special additive which provides additional protection and lubrication in areas where excessive levels of water are prevalent such as water pumping equipment.
CZ 2 grease is suitable for plain and anti-friction bearings.
Method of Application
Always follow the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and instructions prior to use. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary, clean or purge components prior to application. To ensure adequate lubrication, apply the quantity of grease recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
