Commercial Lubricants- TotalEnergies receive another approval
TotalEnergies has obtained another approval for its leading Fleet Engine Oil, Rubia Tir 9900 FE 5W-30. The Scania LDF-4 approval is now accredited to this high-end, heavy duty engine oil.
Total Rubia Tir 9900 FE 5W-30 is a synthetic, new generation lubricant suitable for use in all Euro 6 heavy-duty applications and is also compatible with certain gas engines. With its low-SAP’s technology, Total Rubia Tir 9900 FE 5W-30 is especially adapted to the latest generation of diesel engines equipped with post-treatment systems, such as diesel particulate filters.
Fuel Economy technology within Total Rubia Tir 9900 FE 5W-30 helps save 1% fuel on average, compared to an SAE 40-grade reference lubricant. This value can reach up to 3% if used in combination with Fuel Economy transmission lubricants.
As well as being approved for Scania’s latest specifications, Total Rubia Tir 9900 FE 5W-30 is fully approved by Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault and Volvo while also meeting the requirements of IVECO and DAF.
These approvals endorse that the Total Lubricants brand is amongst the most reliable on the market as its products are able to meet the most stringent requirements of HGV brands and their engines.
